![]() Even though its incredibly diverse array of different anime and manga properties have kept it from even coming close to an American localization, it's still an amazing experience - and intrepid local players who've gone so far as to import copies of the game have found that it plays just fine on their good old DS Lites, even though the text is all in Japanese. ![]() ![]() We thought it might be best to go ahead and get the downer out of the way, but it just wouldn't have been right to put together a list of top DS fighters without featuring this one. It, along with its sequel Jump Ultimate Stars, are probably the best fighters you'll find on Nintendo's DS - it's a shame, then, that you'll only find them in Japan. Jump Super Stars is the all-star, all-crazy, all-anime mash-up fighter that took the cross-over beat-'em-up concept of Super Smash Bros., sized it down to the portable space, and swapped in manga heroes for all the Nintendo mascots. ![]() Luffy, Goku goes Super Saiyan all over Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, Yugi summons card monsters to assault Ichigo Kurosaki and more - all in the same game.
